First, this looks delicious! I can&#039;t wait to try it! 
About the dolsot clay pot thingy- I was about to buy one last year and then someone/somewhere told me that if you are using it on a gas stove you need to buy some kind of metal plate thing to go under it. (Which I can&#039;t find) Is this true? Or can I just plough ahead and use it on a regular Korean gas range?
