Hey, another Derek here. I used to live in Las Vegas. I highly highly recommend a bunch of places. The first one is KoMex, which is a Korean Mexican fusion place. Great bugolgi tacos made like Mexican tacos. I also recommend Monta Ramen for Japanese ramen and great kimchi friend rice, Pho Kim Long for Vietnamese Pho, Burger Bar in the Mandalay Bay for gourmet burgers and alcoholic milkshakes, Ichiza for Japanese tapas/food, and Tea Station for great tea and tea inspired dishes. Any specific interests, let me know. I definitely ate my way around Las Vegas for the 10 years I lived there.

We just came back here and from lunch. This place was awesome! We ordered the Tinga de Pollo! Amazing food. Loved it. Don't lose too much money in Vegas and try Stripsteak in Mandalay Bay. It was a great place. We ate there before my wedding.
